EXCELLENCE WITHOUT BARRIERS

Tuition & Financial Aid (2026 - 2027)

Ministry Grants, Scholarships and Flexible Tuition Financing for Qualified Students. All tuition rates are charged per credit hour. The Semester Services Fee covers academic support services, educational technology resources, student records management, and institutional operations. Karlstadt Theological Seminary is committed to providing accessible, high-quality theological education while maintaining academic excellence and institutional stewardship. Tuition and fee schedules are reviewed annually and may be revised for future academic years. All fees are in USD. Karlstadt Theological Seminary seeks to make theological education both academically rigorous and financially accessible — Students may participate in approved payment plans that distribute tuition and eligible fees into manageable installments throughout the academic term. To qualify, students must be admitted or enrolled in a Seminary program, remain in good financial standing, and execute a payment-plan agreement prior to the applicable tuition due date. Failure to satisfy installment obligations may result in late fees, registration holds, transcript restrictions, or suspension of future enrollment privileges until the account is brought current. Tuition, fees, and payment-plan terms are subject to annual review and adjustment by the Seminary. International students, bi-vocational ministers, missionaries, and full-time Christian workers are especially encouraged to inquire about flexible payment arrangements designed to support their educational goals.
